  • ‘ (single quote) not “ (double quote) was used for strings, quotations, print statements
  • The print function was used without brackets, and variables were passed to strings through the percentage sign (%) following strings
  • In threading, print functions were used with the stdout token in order to manage resource sharing
  • For warnings and errors, print functions started with ‘>…’
  • Local variables were named as: abc_def (underscores for spaces, all lower case)
  • Global variables were named as: ABC_DEF (underscores for spaces, all upper case)
  • Functions were named as:AbcDef (no spaces, capital letter for each new word)
